Newton House

11 N Batavia Avenue, Batavia

The Newton house is one of the most historic places in Kane County. Built in 1875 by the owner of Newton Wagon Works, the family filled the house with items collected on European trips. This local mansion boasts a grand staircase, beautiful dark walnut trim, hand carved fireplaces, and stained glass throughout.

The exterior is simply stunning. Located on the busy corner of Route 31 and Wilson Street, which crosses the Fox River. This building offers office space, possible retail space and storage space. The landscaping is immaculate and with your own private parking lot, no one will be fighting for a spot.
