How Much Office Space Do You Need?

The first question is: How much space do I need?

High Density Space:
- 80-150 sqft per employee
- Mix of open desk space or cubes and private offices
Average Density Space:
- 150-250 sqft per employee
- Mix of open desk space or cubes and private offices
Spacious Office Space:
- 250-500 sqft per employee
- Majority of space consists of large private offices
How do you calculate:
To estimate home much space you will need multiply your employee headcount by the number of square feet per employee.
SF Needed = Number of Employees x Desired SF/Employee
This is a great place to start!
Don’t forget to leave room for growth! It’s suggested to add 20% for future growth.
