Celebrating his one-year anniversary with BEI Properties and Batavia Enterprises Real Estate, LLC (BERE, LLC.) Brad Schreiner, Director of Leasing and Sales, has been managing and overseeing the leasing and sales team, lease administration and marketing for our commercial real estate companies.
Brad has been working in the commercial real estate industry since 2004 and has a proven record of success. A crucial part of his success is a networking platform that he has been involved with for the past three years, the Fox Valley Chapter of BNI Group. This group provides quality connections and power partners within the business arena. BNI uses the power of the individuals own professional and social networks to identify and refer business to other professionals they know to be excellent in their fields of work. The organization’s motto is Givers Gain — which underscores the philosophy that the more opportunities identified for fellow members, the more they will respond in kind.
The Fox Valley Chapter is one of the oldest Chapters and currently has over 40 members. This group has been supporting the Midwest Shelter for Homeless Veterans for five years now, one of the members, Paul Schifferer of Next Door Garage Doors, is part of this organization and got the BNI Chapter involved to give back to the community.
Last Sunday, March 4th the Fox Valley BNI Group hosted a Bowling for Veterans Charity Event at St. Charles Bowl where 151 people bowled, participated in raffles and enjoyed a fun day to support the Veterans.
“I was able to present the The Midwest Shelter for Homeless Veterans with a donation for $500 with BEI Properties matching program. This event was extremely successful raising a total of $12,000 which will help support their mission and ensure that no veteran is left behind due to homelessness, joblessness, poverty and mental-health issues.” Brad Schreiner
